Domestic Returns (Australia only)

Sueet offers a refund or exchange for a change of mind on unworn and undamaged items that have been purchased at full price only within 14 days from the date of purchase. Due to hygiene regulations, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on all earrings. 

We do not offer change of mind, refunds, or exchanges on all sale items or items purchased using a discount code (exclusive of our sign-up/subscriber code).

The amount of AUD $10.00 will be deducted from your refund or exchange for each Sueet pouch that is not returned together with your piece(s).

We are not responsible for returns damaged or lost in transit.

We do not cover the costs for your return; customers are required to pay a flat AUD $10 for the return shipping, which will be deducted from your refund or exchange amount. 

To request a refund or exchange, follow the steps below. 

  • Email our team at support@sueet.com.au with your order number, full name, and email address associated with the order.
  • Ensure that the name(s) and quantity of the items that you want to return are noted in your email. 
  • All jewellery must be unworn and undamaged and have been purchased at full price within 14 days from the date of purchase. Due to hygiene regulations, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on all earrings. 
  • Our team will respond to your email within 5 business days. 
  • If our team has confirmed that your jewellery can be returned to us, we will deduct a flat AUD $10 for the return shipping and provide you with a returns label.
  • Once the return label has been sent to you by our team, you will need to carefully place each piece of jewellery back into its own Sueet pouch and place it back into its original Sueet kraft mailer box, securely sealed and placed inside the original mailer. Please let us know if you no longer have your original Sueet kraft mailer box and/or mailer, and we can advise the best way for you to return your piece(s). We want to ensure the pieces are returned to us unworn and undamaged in order for you to be reimbursed for a refund or exchange. 
  • Return your parcel at your local Australia Post office together with your returns label (provided by our team) for them to scan the barcode and send your return back to us. 
  • Once our team has received your return parcel, we will inspect the piece(s) and grant you a refund or exchange within 5 business days if approved.

 

International Returns

Sueet offers a refund or exchange for a change of mind on unworn and undamaged items that have been purchased at full price within 14 days. However, please note that international returns are at the customer's expense. We recommend using a reliable and trackable delivery service, as Sueet is not responsible for returns damaged or lost in transit.

  • Return your parcel at your local post office using a reliable and trackable delivery service.
  • Once our team has received your return parcel, we will inspect the piece(s) and grant you a refund or exchange within 5 business days if approved.


Refunds

Your refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days to process, depending on your financial institution.

 

Manufacturing Faults

All Sueet piece(s) come with a 3-month warranty. This warranty is effective from the date of purchase and covers any manufacturing faults or loss of any set gemstones or cubic zirconia in jewellery. In the event that your jewellery is faulty, visit our Warranty page for more detail here.

 

Incorrect item(s)

If you have received item(s) different from the one(s) you ordered, first of all, we apologise! Please immediately reach out to our team within 14 days of purchase with the following details:

  • Email our team at support@sueet.com.au with your order number, full name, and email address associated with the order.
  • Attach a clear photo of the incorrect item(s). All jewellery must be unworn and undamaged.
  • Our team will respond to your claim within 5 business days. 
  • Once our team has confirmed that your item(s) have been incorrectly sent, we will provide a free return shipping label for you to post the jewellery back to us.
  • We will then ship the correct item(s) to you free of charge.
